Juniors Program
The purpose of our Juniors program is to encourage and mentor families in living the principles of Leadership Education at home and to support them with a community of like-minded friends. Classes are focused on the needs of children while allowing parents to own their stewardship in their homes.

-
We offer fun interactive classes for nursery age children to 11 years olld. Classes are non-academic and focused on fostering a love of learning, creativity, and discovery.
-
We allow opportunities for children to interact and develop friendships in a safe, nurturing environment.
-
We have a separate program for older children (11-12) with educational field trips and opportunities to develop their writing skills.

Classes have a lead mentor for the semester and assistants that rotate classes every 5 weeks. Parents get an opportunity to mentor different classes throughout the year so they can mentor and be mentored by each other. This helps to build the community we are striving for.
The Juniors program protects children and parents by following two-deep leadership at all times and requiring a parent to be on campus during classes. Typical class divisions are as follows but depending on space in the facility and the ages of the children, classes may be adjusted as needed.

Lessons of LOL Phase are:
I can learn anything I want. Learning is fun.
I can learn from books, projects, friends and/or thinking.
If I have free time I’d love to pull out a book.
What I want to learn is just as valuable as what others want me to learn and think.
